Yau's Mild Chinese Curry Sauce (300g x 3jars). Many compare Yau's Chinese curries to Japanese Katsu curry. They use a very similar spice base, although Japanese curry does tend to be sweeter. We blend our own curry powder mix from basic whole spices, before adding to creamed coconut. This avoids using wheat flour and means that our sauce is suitable for Coeliacs. It also gives the sauce a lovely, rich texture and loads of flavour. Just a tablespoon or two added to your mashed potato or drizzled over your chips will transform them! And for your protein you can get away with using as little as one tablespoon to marinate, and another to coat. So easy!.
