Tamil Tuna Curry. Sri Lanka is a fairly small country with sea on all edges, so fish is very populous, especially on the coast, you can see the colourful boats head out to sea every morning. Tuna or mackerel are good matches for this curry, with the firm flesh staying in the nice chunks and their distinctive tastes holding up against the chilli and spices, but any strong firm fish will work well.
