Kaffir Lime 1.5%, Galangal Directions Stir fry a can with 2 cups of coconut milk and cook for 8 minutes. Add 1.1 kg of chicken, 0.5 kg of potato and onion, 1/2 cup water and cook for 25-35 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Serve with jasmine rice.
