Dopiaza Curry Kit. This 'Curry Kit' consists of two sets of spices, firstly the freshly ground 'Dopiaza Spice' and secondly the 'Garnish Spice' which is added towards the end of the cooking process. Add 1 table spoon of the ‘Dopiaza Spice’ to the onions.
